unable to install labview community edition

Hello all, I'm trying to install a labview community edition on my 32bit windows pad, but everytime i tried it, it pops up with error saying problem during execution request, error in installing ni-visa-shared-components (5.12.0.49.152-0+f0), check your network and retry. I check the file is in there, and my network certainly is okay. What is this error trying to show?'

Sorry to say that the "check your network and retry" is the  "We don't know what went wrong" generic error message that NIPM throws when it fails for seemingly any reason.

Good luck, fixing this can be as simple as trying again and as complicated as needing a full wipe and reinstall of Windows.
