usb-6008 firware upgrade for windows-7

I installed Labview 2009 on a Windows-7 PC and it is not seeing the USB-6008.  The message reads (device firmware incompatible).

 

Any suggestions??

What version of DAQmx drivers are you using?

There is no such thing as version 3.3 for any DAQ device.

Click on the Support tab above and go to the DAQmx link. Download the driver. After downloading, test the device in Measurement & Automation Explorer. It has to be seen there before LabVIEW can use it.
