user account server for licensing not reachable

would like to reactivate the license by serial number which did not work: "Invalid serial number"

 

tried then to log out from the account and to log in again what is not possible due to a connection error:

any idea? thanks a lot in advance

Other than waiting until you can connect again, if you have the email from the original activation, you should be able to use the assigned computer ID number to manually activate it over the phone.

Not just the phone. There should be an internet URL mentioned over which you can do offline activation. (Offline in terms of the license activation on your LabVIEW installation obviously)
