user management and access rights

Hi everyone

I am going to create a user management interface which will define the access rights to other pages

For example :
-create new users and give everyone their passwords.
-access to the home page by user N1

-access to the settings page by user  N2

My question is how can i do an example like this,fortunately, am beginner  on LabVIEW and i don't know how program this application

As a beginner you should start with those training resources offered at the top of the LabVIEW board to actually learn LabVIEW basics.

After done that you should start your program by drawing a flowchart on a sheet of paper…
