Hi,
i am new with labview fpga module. i intented to buy an low cost fpga board from lattice. i want to program my fpga using labview fpga module. as far as i understand from a link that if i know the IP (created from a VHDL code) of an fpga board and give it to fpga module then i can access that fpga in labiview and program it accordingly. the link is as follows
http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371599F-01/lvfpgaconcepts/create_acq_clip/
i think that VHDL is a standard fpga programing lang and every fpga board will support VHDL.

The LabVIEW FPGA module only supports compilation for National Instruments reconfigurable hardware. The document you refered to details how to use custom written IP in the LabVIEW FPGA module, not a way to generate custom IP from LabVIEW FPGA. There is an idea on the idea exchange to allow targetting of custom hardware: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW-FPGA-Idea-Exchange/Exportability/idi-p/1090157.

the idea exchange link you send is showing this errror msg
however i dont think that Labview fpga module generates IP cores for Xilinx even, it only support the Xilinx already developed IP cores.

For some reason it included the ending period in the link.
