using a .vi flie from a .llb

I created a VI using subvi's from a .llb file. When I make it an executable it works fine on the computer I built it on, but when I take it to another computer with the runtime environment on it I get an error about missing .dll files. This error has something to do with th .llb file I was pulling the vi's from because I used other vi's in the program that don't give me any errors.

I couldn't tell you 100% why you might be getting that error.  But you could try creating an installer when you make your executable.  That should install any libraries you might need.

Good luck.

Code which uses the call library nodes call external dlls.  when building these applications you must include the referenced dlls just as you have to do with any dynamically called code.  this can be difficult for some instances if the vis are locked it might be hard to determine which dll you need.
