using hydrophone to detect ping from transponder

Hello, 

I am trying to get a labview program to detect data from a hydrophone and then determine if there was a ping sent from a transponder in that data. Right now I have an FPGA and RT program written up.  I am having trouble multiplexing the data out of the fifo on the RT side as well as getting my graphs to look accurate for the data I am creating using a oscilloscope/hydrophone.  I have attached the programs to this post.  I am not sure where to go from here so any help would be great.

I have edited my RT file so it is different than previous one.  This time I am having trouble getting a cross correlation to work.  Right now I have 2 inputs of different sine waves from an oscilliscope into our NI 9222 card.  The cross correlation graph doesnt look anything like I had expected.  Attached is the Project and FPGA/RT.  For some reason the site will not let me post the project file, I can email it to you if possible.
