hi,

I need driver or VI to read data from  voltcraft digital multimeter mod. VC840.

I use Labview 5.1.

Could somebody help me?

Here's one that only goes as far back as 6.1, it may be a starting point for you to modify for 5.1 if no other leads come along

Hi Antonio,

I took the 6.1 version of the driver available on the NI site and saved it back to version 5.1.  You need NI-VISA installed in order to use this driver.

On a side note, you should take a look at the evaluation version of LabVIEW 8.0, just to check out all the new features...I'm so used to all the great usability improvements in LabVIEW over the years that it took me several minutes to fix up those VIs in LabVIEW 5.1, just because so many of the useful LabVIEW editor features I take for granted (auto wiring, auto tool selection, larger tunnels, wiring error IO to case selectors) weren't there!
