You need to provide more information - can you show us the list of installed NI software from MAX. What version of NI Vision did you install? Did you tick the 'labview support' option for the version of LabVIEW you have?
Is it Activated? Vision requires a separate license, and if it is not activated, it won't "show" on the Palettes (I know, because it happened to me, by mistake).
