I thought Eric's comment was very clear but to repeat, in order to download an older version, you need an active SSP (Software Support Program). If you don't have this, you need to contact your NI Sales Engineer.

now i want to download 2012 version for 32-bit processor. I am getting 2012 version for 64 bit.

Both version are available, you simply need to pick the one you want. What link did you use?
