waveform graph diplaying straight,vertical line at time=0

I am trying to read a signal from a Lecroy 9310C oscilloscope using the LC930X_1X instrument driver. I can see from the oscilloscope screen that the expected signal is in the proper trace but the waveform graph is displaying only a straight, vertical line at time=0.
I am using the Read 1 (simple) sub VI from the instrument driver to read the trace and display the graph.

I have the same model and have no problems when I use LC 930x_931x Getting Started.vi which is part of lc930x1x.llb and uses LCDSO Read Wave 1 (Single).vi to display a waveform graph. Have you tried using the getting started VI? I seldom use it in my programs but I think its a good place to start when I'm trying to figure out how a driver was written and what functions I really need.
