web browser control can not be loaded

When I add a Web Browser activeX to the VI front panel.  I get an error message in the middle of the control: Control could not be loaded.

I have LV 8.20 default installation under Wind XP (with all patch).  After got the error, I tried to install IE 7, but had no effect.

What did I miss?

To resolve this issue,

You need to repair the LabVIEW runtime engine under Add or Remove programs » National Instruments
