what are the code library function settings should be followed

i have written one win32 dll , in that what are the project settings should i follow to access the dll from the lab view,

i have done the following changes but still its not working

1 Added the library.lib file to the dll from the installed path of lab view

2 project settings> settings for : all configuration

   C\C++: code selection
