what is DAQmx
... no idea, but is this really important ?DAQ means "data acquisition", and the particule "mx" is to make the difference with older version "DAQ trad" (traditionnal) which is going to disappear progressively.
Maybe, blue guys can tell us what "mx" stands for...
??
Probably just a marketing thing and doesn't really stand for anything.
But just for fun, let's see what we can come with.
Data AcQuisition Media eXtensions (I.E. Pentium MMX)
Data AcQuisition Multiple eXecutions (it's capable of multi-threading)
Data AcQuisition Mighty eXpandable
(easier to add support for new DAQ devices)
Any other ideas?
