where can I download the DSC Run-Time System

I got a project with OPC server,when I build a installer,opc server is not in the "additional installers"page.

so i have to install the OPC server addtional?

where can i download it for labview 2012 sp1?

or,where can I download DSC Run-Time System for  labview 2012 sp1?

 i downloaded opc server and intalled it together with the project installeron the target machine.
