Does anyone know where to download the IBCONF.exe?I want to use it trying to solve the problem of instruments not found.
I think its not the problem of address conflict between the two instruments, I changed the lock-in amplifier's address but it doesn't work.
The tricky is that I can not change the address of the monochromator, and I am worried about the monochromator might don't have a address,or is at 0.
although the default address is 6.
