You can either use PID toolkit or Control Design and simulation Module(CDSM) the later one is all in one package from identifying,modelling to implementation. Its I think 667Mb software. In your case you can use PID toolkit which is I think 32Mb and it will be very much suitable in your case. You can find the PID block in it easily.
