Don't you know how ElapsedTime works?

Don't you understand the explanations in the LabVIEW help?

Did you use the auto reset or reset? 

What is your use case?

With autoreset ElapsedTime automatically restarts the "time counting" when the desired time has elapsed.

With reset input you can decide when to restart…
