who is the forum administrator?

The help text says "For additional information or unresolved Forum Problems, please E-Mail the Forum Administrator", but gives no clue as to an email for said "Forum Administrator". How should I contact them? Note, that in this case, I don't believe that "in the forum" is an appropriate answer.

I believe Molly K. is (one of) the main manager(s).

If the "unresolved problem" is with a particular post, click on "options" in the upper right corner and select "Report to a moderator".

You'll get a new window with a text box where you can voice your concerns. Always worked well for me! 😉

Enrique, thanks for the pointer to Molly, and in particular the thread you pointed to. The "issue" I had appears to be know (really crappy xlation from forum to nntp). No indication of when it will be fixed, but at least it's known.
