You really, really need to learn how to ask a proper question. Provide some some details. Are you using one of the examples? Do you get an error? If so, what is the error number? Does the vendor provide software that you can test it with? Have you tried a commercial teminal emulation program such as Hyperterminal or Terra-Term? If you wrote your own code, attach it. Attach the manual for the instrument.
