wie run-time environment files do I REALLY need?

which files do I have to copy from the runtime-environment to my application to work ?
I'm using LabView 6.1 and I need the visa driver for serial ports (RS232)

Can applications made in Labview 6.1 run in the runtime-environment of LabView 7, too ?

1. Is it allowed to do that? (User doesn't have to agree to EULA, normally you have to click something like "yes, I agree")

2. What files do I have to add if I want to use the serial port? Norally I have to install a part of the visa driver
