wireless device capability

It's still not clear to me what you're asking... Could you slow down and explain in more detail what equipment you have now, and what you want to change about it?

I don't know what you mean by "output from usb-6009".  The USB-6009 communicates with a PC over USB (hence its name), which plugs into a USB port, not DB-25 nor wireless.  Is this the "output" to which you refer?  Do you take the USB cable, plug it into a converter of some sort to make a signal compatible, say, with VISA over an RS-232 interface using a db-25 plug?

Another possibility is that you are using some of the DIO pins from the USB-6009 to "simulate" a Serial Port using RS-232 over a db-25 cable.  In any case, some additional, still unspecified (and mysterious) equipment seems to be involved, and without knowing more about it, I (and apparently others!) haven't a clue what you are trying to do!

i refer "output" what i mean AIO and DIO in USB-6009 not "output" what you mean.

so AIO and DIO using DB25 for connected to my plant
how to using this device with AIO and DIO without DB25 for connected to my plant especially using wireless?

I still can't picture what you are trying to do in my mind.  I suspect that part of this is that English isn't your native language.  Please specify where the DB25 connector was connected.  I assume that the DB25 is connected to "plant" and that bare wires are connected to the USB-6009 I/O, but what is "plant?"

Best I can piece together is they want to replace the cabling (which includes a DB-25 connector, though this doesn't seem important) between the digital and analog outputs of the USB-6009 and their "plant" with some kind of wireless cable replacement technology. At that point they'd probably be able to just get rid of the USB-6009 and use some kind of wireless I/O module(s), but we don't know anything about the "plant" and the numbers or types of analog and digital channels, so it's hard to say.

this is my project in my attachment file, the plant is water tank, the variable that i control like: temperature and flow.

as you can see my problem how make DAQ Analog Input is using wireless connect to variable sensor?

Hi Adrian,

how make DAQ Analog Input is using wireless connect to variable sensor?

Are you asking about the real hardware on your bench (or in the lab) or are you talking about the LabVIEW block diagram when you use the word "wireless"?

What is a "variable sensor"? Are you talking about those local variables in your code?

When your questions are related to the LabVIEW block diagram: did you take the beginner courses offered for free in the "Training" section in the header of the LabVIEW board?

Best regards,
GerdW

Why is getting details out of question-askers like pulling teeth sometimes? If you actually want help, please take some time and give as much detail as you possibly can about the hardware in use here, the sensors and actuators, the connections between them. All I know for sure is that you have a USB-6009 and somewhere in the wiring is a DB25 connector. Do I understand correctly that you want to replace the cabling between the USB-6009 and the unspecified actuators/sensors with some kind of wireless connection?

I feel your pain, but not everyone is an accomplished storyteller.  Like a good detective, it falls upon us to ask the right questions to get the complete story.  🙂

please see three picture below!!

as you can see we use DB-25 for connecting to my circuit in third picture.

how to using this device with analog input output and digital input output (see fourth picture) without DB25 for connected to my plant especially using wireless?
