write arrays to file

I want to write N pieces 1 D arrays in a file side by side. Like this;
1 2 ..... N
---- ---- -----
0,36 0,25 ...
0,58 0,65 ...
... ... ...

I tried some methods but they did not work..It mades me crazy...Is there anyone to help me?

Thanks Dennis but unfortunately this is not what i need.My datas won't come the same time and N is variable..I need something like that..
