 where and how  are the write to output channel and read refence signal vis found??

What output channel and read are you talking about? Are you trying to use an NI DAQ card? Those functions are on the Measurement I/O>DAQmx palette. If they are not there, then you need to install DAQmx from your driver's DVD.
