xcontrol install

I install the xControl to project and created installer.

But when I installed this project on another PC the xControl I don't see

Why?

I'd like to get a little more information about this issue. Is the application or installer not working on the PC? If there are errors, what are the error codes?

The xControl does not need to be in the installer. The installer includes readme documents and supporting files, but not the actual functional pieces of the application.
