xml to Cluster/array

Hi,

I dont have in 8.5.1 but i buy 2011 version then i can do the xml to array conversion using these vi??????? If so i can but 2011 version instead of 8.5.1

It's called EasyXML, not Easy lab. It's not there in 8.5.1 because it's a separate toolkit distributed by JKI. http://jki.net/easyxml

 


Lab XML is another toolkit which i can't buy.

LabXML is free. Did you look at the link I provided?

Yes, you can use these functions in 2011. It gets kind of messy because you have to make sure you close each of the references you will be creating. If the XML file is very simple then you could just use the string functions.

 

Here is an example of what XML parsing looks like. This is from the example I was referring to.

I don't think the native xml parser functions were available in LabVIEW 8.5.  At least not in the installation I'm looking at.
