how tochange the xy mode in a oscilloscope tektronix TBS 1072 using labview 2020 with the graphed data

If you haven't looked through the NI drivers for the TBS 1000 series you can get them here:  Tektronix TBS 2000 Series Oscilloscope - USB, Ethernet Driver for LabVIEW - National Instruments

(I know it says 2000 Series, but the 1072 B and C are supported.)

AFAIK, there is no way to change the display format with these drivers though.  You will probably need to dive DEEP into the programming manuals to find the low-level commands.  I took a quick look and couldn't find anything.  😕
