Where can I find the function defination for PCI6221 ? I always have trouble finding the function. Would rather there be a hardcopy for this.

The best place to look for text based functions is the "NI-DAQmx C Reference Help". It installs with NI-DAQ, and by default is located (in Windows) at Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>NI-DAQ.
