Anyway to Implement Splitter Window in CVI

In Visual C++, there is a class CSplitterWindow to deal with splited windows. The CVI7's project window and library window look like splited windows. Does CVI offer programmer any convenient methods to create this style UI?

I think you must have version 7.0. In 7.1 they added splitter controls
