BMP/JPEG to ICO File Converter

Does anyone know of a good BMP/JPEG to ICO File Converter?

I am trying to include an application icon file that is currently in BMP/JPEG format.

You could try the one that comes with CVI...  (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI70\samples\apps\iconedit\iconedit.exe) Nice little program - if you put the image you want in the clipboard (via Paint, for example), iconedit will accept a paste operation into its editor.
