Can someone share a Sample project how to use C++ dll in CVI environment if possible kindly share the complete sample project files including DLL ,C++ Code and CVI project file ?

Unfortunately, CVI does not support writing C++ code natively. This document gives a little more information about how you might be able to use C++ with CVI:
