CVI 2013 type library create error on struct datatype

CVI 2013 compiler generate type library MIDL error where first strucutre is defined in header file. With exactly the same source code, CVI 2012 and 2010 didn't generate any MIDL error. 

This happen to all our source codes where we use type libraries with structures defined.

Any clue how to fix it, provide some compile command arguments or so ?
