CVI 8 run-time with cleartype causes poor-quality y-axis label text

The attached partial screenshot shows the effect of using 'Cleartype' text smoothing in Windows on the y-axis label text of a graph. The text becomes illegible. Sure, I can tell the users not to use Cleartype, but they will not be pleased.

This has only started with the CVI 8 run time (the application itself is CVI 7.1, and the text is fine when using the 7.1 run time). Is this something that is going to be fixed in the next CVI 8 patch? And do we know when the patch is likely to be released?

Hi

This has been fixed in the CVI 8.0.1 release which should be available in the next couple of weeks. I'll post on the forums once the update is available for download.

I apologize for any incovienience this might have caused.
