I guess it is possible, however it is not an easy task at all. It would take soe good experience with prorgamming ActiveX controls in MFC.
The way faster option here is to use Measurement Studio. If you have CVI Full Develpment Version you also got Measurement Studio, which is a series of ActiveX and .NET controls for T&M. Measurement Studio include a very powerfull graph that you can use directly in VB, VC++ or C#. You can get more info on Measurement Studio at http://www.ni.com/mstudio/
