Can Multisim be used with LabWindows/CVI?

I am a current user of LabWindows/CVI, and we are currently evaluating SPICE packages.  Multisim is a leading contender, and I am intrigued with its ability to work with LabView.  From the appnotes, it appears that it works by importing LabView virtual instruments as blocks into the schematic, then running the simulation operates the VI.  Can the same thing be accomplished using CVI modules?

I do see that for acquired data, Multisim has the option of a spreadsheet import to load data into the simulation, but I'm looking for something more integrated if possible.  I've downloaded the Multisim trial and will be experimenting, but if someone has experience with this I'd like to here about it.

My understanding is that Multisim 9 currently can only import virtual instruments from LabVIEW.

Multisim does have some integration with CVI, but that is limited to importing / exporting simulation data as TDM files (which you can read / write from CVI using its DIAdem Connectivity Library).

In theory it should be possible via an import of a CVI function panel into LabView. This would create VI that I guess could be operated on though I have no experience with Multisim.
