Cannot Uninstall CVI 8.0 because National Instruments SW not in Add/Remove Programs

How can I uninstall Labwindows CVI 8.0 and NI device drivers (NI-DMM, NI-DCPower, NI-DAQmx, and NI-Switch) if National Instruments Software does not exist in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows XP Control Panel?

Sid26,

The newer versions of our software use the Microsoft Installer (MSI), which keeps track of the installed software. These type of installers can be recognized by the .msi file. For older versions only the installer program created the registry entries. If these entries are missing, Windows doesn't show the software in the Add/Remove Programs list. If you can locate the uninstaller program for the specific software you should use it. If not, you may reinstall the same version again, this will recreate the appropriate registry entries and the software will show up in Add/Remove Programs.

Another, more complex way can be found here.
