Command Buttons

Hello,

Has the shape of "Picture buttons" changed in Labwindows CVI 2015 from the way they looked in 2010 version. In 2010 version, they have sharp edges and not curved ones. I like to use my own ICONS as buttons.

Thanks

Hi Bobby,

I am using CVI 2012. For me, my buttons become rounded vs. sharp because of the "Windows Visual Styles" for controls.

I have noticed that they are rounded if "Use Windows Visual Styles for Controls" is checked and square-like if "Use Windows Visual Style for Controls" is unchecked. Let me know if that works for you!

Regards,

Vincent

Hello,

I am using version 10. Can you tell me how to change "Windows Visual Styles". I do not know where the setting is.

Thanks

You should find it under Options >> Preferences >> Preferences for New Panels section >> Use Windows Visual Styles for Controls

That's for new panels to be created.

For an existing panel, simply edit it and press "Other attributes..." button: the relevant control is on the new options panel that will show.
