je cherche a réaliser un créneau 0-5V d'une fréquence 50hz ou inférieur. je dispose d'une carte PCI6025E et de CVI5.5

I suggest you take a look at STCGenerateSquareWave example (located in \samples\daq\ctr 😞 with appropriate values in and parameters you can obtained the desired frequency and duty cycle for the generated wave.
