Controls look cut

It looks like not important decorative problem but since I see it for years, I decided to ask this question finally. 

For all Numeric Controls with enabled "Show inc/dec arrows" these arrows are drawn not clear. A top or bottom arrow button border is not shown (does not fit the size?).

I attached the screen shots for both Lab Style and Classic Stile. I saw the same picture under Windows XP 32b and Windows 7 32b. LabWindows/CVI 2009 (Version 9.1.0).

So questions:

1. Is it a common problem or this is my own fault?

2. Can I do something to make the arrow buttons look clear?

It's a 'feature' that's apparently fixed in CVI 2010SP1.

Though it is about a bit different thing and my problem does not appear in that thread. Anyway good if it is also fixed. Perhaps I will check it some time (if upgrade to CVI 2010SP1).

I have installed CVI RTE 2010SP1 and there is no difference. The arrows still looks cut.

Yes, your problem hasn't been fixed yet. It's also in the Known Issues list, but it's problem 286276 instead.
