Creating Task for USB-6008 using LabWindows CVI

I want to use NI USB-6008 with Lab Windows CVI. I have NI DAQmx 7.5 installed on my PC.

Using LabView I could access USB-6008 and could do data acquisition.

But I could not create Task for USB-6008 in LabWindows. In Lab Windows the equipment is not

getting identified. It is giving as no Physical equipment is connected.

Do you I need do anything more to work with USB-6008 from LabWindows?

Hi,

I have the same behaviour here with a USB-6009 😞

However using another approach i did get some data back from ADC namely using a driver called Ni DAQ Base MX which are also installed in the NI DAQ installation.

Using the sample programs i managed to get data from the device, but it should also be possible using the DAQ library functions, did you suceed later ?

If so i would like to know how ?

Just tried switching driver and now there are more life, i will exmaine this more next week.
