We are using the USB 6501 card, the newest version DAQmx 20.1 is installed, but we can only get warning that the device is not exists or not activated or not installed properly.
We have tried to submit a technical support service request, when input the seriel number of the product, we got the warning:
"We're sorry, we don't have a match for the number you entered, or a service contract is not associated with that serial number or system. "
