Does a CVI 7.0 written application run on Vista from a distribution kit?

Hi,

I have a lot of applications build with CVI 7.0 and 7.1.

Our customers get a distribution kit and install the application.

The application measures temperatures.

The temperature is delivered by third party DLL that gets the data from the serial port.

Question: Can my users install the distribution kit on a Vista PC and expect it will work?

HI Ton van Denzel,

LabWindows/CVI doesn't currently support Windows Vista but we are coming out with a version that does support Vista very soon. Versions that are not Vista compliant might not function properly on Vista.
