Does an existing image control can be converted to a numric control?

Solved!

Hello,

I have a hopper image file, plan to use it to mimic the procedure of flour loading and unloading, the procedure action is very like the tank numric control, that is, the program can adjust the scale by filling the hopper in the other color. I'd like to know if there is a method or not?

I really see no easy solution to your problem. A picture control cannot be "converted" to a numeric of course!

You could try to overlap a tank to the picture, and play with colours to adapt it to the picture, but you cannot hide the tank border that will remain visible. Furthermore, the numeric tank cannot be added some transparency, so when it fills up it will hide the underlying picture.

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.

Hi Roberto,

Thank you for your advice! I think that maybe I need using the Photoshop to address the color filling.
