Error: Unable to start correctly

I have version 10.0.1 installed on a Windows 7 machine.  When I run the release compiled code I get an error message pop-up that says: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022).  What is causing this?  MicroSoft identifies this as a Shell32.dll error.

I am not familiar with that error. Would you mind posting a screen shot?  That might provide more information.  One thing to try may be a repair of LabWindow CVI.
