Getting an "Unrecoverable error at 016F:867000F8" when I try to run debug mode

After Installation CVI 5.5.1,
I run "C:\MeasureStudio\CVI\Tutorial\sample5.prj".
When I am using Debug Sample5.exe, and press the "QUIT"
button on Sample5 program. There will be a message "Unrecoverable Error at
016F:867000F8...".
And I try to compile sample2, the same message showed while pressing "Quit" button.
If I run in Execute mode ( Execute xxx.exe Ctrl+F5)
This problem will not happen.

OS Ver : Win98 SE
IE Ver : 6.0.2600

I tried running these projects on a similar system, and I did not receive these errors. Are you getting these errors on any projects that you run or just these? You may want to try reinstalling CVI incase something was corrupted in during the installation.

Yes, I getting these errors on any projects that I run.
And I have reinstalled CVI
(1) Remove it from Add/Remove Control Box.
(2) Delete C:\MeasureStudio\...
(3) Delete C:\windows\system\CVIRTE CVIRTE.DLL CVIRT.DLL
(4) Reinstall it.
But the problem still going on.
