Getting "ncont.dll is registered but is old version" pop-up when starting CVI 7.1.1

Just installed the August 2005 updates for Labwindows CVI, Labview 7.1, and TestStand 3.1. I get this pop-box when I start Labwindows CVI "ncont.dll is registered but is old version". I can continue past this pop-up without any issue and continue to use Labwindows CVI.

I have tried to unregister and re-register manually(regsvr32) but I'm not sure if the versions of the dll are old or not. Under the Shared folder there are 2 dlls (nicont.dll and NICONTDT.dll). Both are dated 6/21/2004.

It should say "nicont.dll"  not "ncont.dll"

Also I notice now when I right-click the functional panel for ActiveX functions, I get the pop-up again as a the help cannot be displayed correctly.

I did a "repair" on CVI under Control Panel and that seems to have fixed it.
