How do I change the CVI scrolling rate?

I'm working with LabWindows/CVI 7.1.  I'm editing a *.c file and using the mouse to scroll down the file... it's SLOW.  Does anyone know how to change this?

Check the settings in Control Panel / Mouse Properties / Wheel Tab (assuming your mouse has a "scroll wheel").
