How do you plot the data in an array like this

I want to have an array of digital map, such as the first one is shown in figure, I want to use a histogram, but I can only draw diagram as shown in the second picture, didn't find how to cancel the histogram interval method among them, I want to use ploty function VAL_THIN_STEP style, but I can only draw as a third of the figure, I can't let it below, how should I draw such a figure
