How to create external panel by clicking button from main panel

Dear NI Community,

I am newbie to CVI/Labwindow 2012. I am still learning using this software to create my own desktop application. My question is how do we create external panel by clicking button in main panel. I do really need explanation with images if possible. Thanks in advance.

Well, this is a very basic question that involves explaining the fundamentals of CVI, which is not the best use for the forum.
