With NI DAQmx? Have you already tried "Find Examples..." in the Help menu or the Welcome Page?

I need alorithm,i will only load panle and plot the waveform. im not looking daqmx solution.

If not DAQmx, how are you intending to read the analog signal? Where is the ADC located and how is interfaced to the PC?
